We will email you out a questionnaire to be filled out. Our questionnaires are fillable where you can type in your information or you can write in the information but the questionnaire must be filled out and emailed back to us prior to starting your documents.

Please allow up to 10 business days or less for your documents to be completed. Also make sure that the address is listed correctly as this is address where your documents will be mailed. If you are in Southern California, we can notarize your documents at no additional charge by appt only twice per month. Saturday afternoon near Menifee, CA. located in Riverside County.

Our basic services generally have a flat fee associated with the price. If you need anything extra, you will be billed via invoice prior to services starting.
How long is the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Online Training?
The full course is designed to be completed within 4 weeks. Most trainees complete the course with 2 weeks or less. It is a self-paced course.
How can I schedule an appointment?
